Loriel Starr has trained in the practice of Yoga Nidra with Richard Miller Ph.D. whose Yoga Nidra protocol is currently being researched by the US Army for its healing effects on soldiers suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome.

Connect with your Inner Artist through The Artist’s Way
Delve into The Artist’s Way—a 12-week program designed by Julia Cameron to recognize, nurture and protect your inner artist. Co-facilitated group of no more than 10 participants intended to empower and inspire you through creative expression and experiential process. Move beyond creative constriction toward artistic confidence and productivity. People new to The Artist’s Way and those familiar with the program are welcome.
Jennifer Edlin is an MFT Intern and holds a Masters in Counseling from CIIS. She works collaboratively with individuals, couples and groups to enable people to live more fully from their truest selves. When not practicing as a therapist, Jennifer writes poetry with reckless abandon and dabbles in many visual arts media with the help of her young children. Jennifer is supervised by Wendy Heffner MFC#27230.
Sarah Cappelli, an MFT trainee at the Golden Gate Integral Counseling Center, combines her rich background in the arts as a professional musician and actress with her expressive arts therapy and integral counseling skills. She has co-facilitated an ongoing creative women’s circle, and has personal as well as group experience in facilitating The Artist’s Way process. Sarah is supervised by Linda Brewer MFC#6850.
Tuesdays from 6:30pm to 9:00pm.
